My background is in B2B account management in IT. I'm used to talking with business customers, following up on quotes and looking after client relationships — even when things get busy.
With me, you deal directly with the person doing the work. No agency, no middlemen: short lines and one point of contact.

What does it cost?
My rate starts at €40 an hour, excluding VAT. After our intro call you'll get a proposal with the tasks, hours and exact rate.
Which days and hours are you available?
Up to 25 hours a week, scheduled flexibly: during office hours and, by arrangement, evenings or weekends.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Remotely by default, in your own systems. On-site work is possible by arrangement.
How do you access our systems?
You set up a personal account for me in your CRM, mailbox and phone system, so you stay in control of permissions and access.
How long can I hire you for?
That's up to you — from a one-off job of a few days to support over several weeks or months with fixed hours.
How do we put the arrangement in writing?
We record tasks, hours, rate and reporting in a written engagement confirmation. I invoice per period based on hours worked.
Which languages do you work in?
Dutch and English, both on the phone and in writing.
How do you handle confidential information?
With care. I use data only for the assignment, never share it with third parties, and I'm happy to sign an NDA.
